Please contact us to discuss time/date/venue options. Once we have agreed on the booking information you can proceed with payment. Bookings are subject to our availability and the availability of the facilities that we use.
If you are paying a deposit, the outstanding balance should be paid on the day of the event, unless otherwise agreed. This can be split between the participants.
Additional players exceeding the maximum number are charged at £10pp on the day.
Cancellations: All deposits are non-refundable. In the unlikely event that you need to cancel your event, please let us know 14 days in advance and we will endeavour to rearrange, though this cannot be guaranteed. If we have already paid for a venue on your behalf and the facility owners do not agree to rearrange, you will be required to pay for the venue again.
Zorball reserve the right to cancel bookings in the event of extreme weather (snow, hail stones, bad storms) if it is deemed unsafe to play.
All participants must agree to the Zorball Rules and Safety Guidelines by signing our disclaimer form on the day of the event. For under 16s, a parent or guardian must sign on behalf of every child. This a requirement of our insurance and is non-negotiable. For proof of our public liability insurance, click here
